Description:

  • Attract and engage candidates for job opportunities, matching them with suitable roles at client companies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to create a network of potential talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the client's requirements.
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies, including utilising social media platforms and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and post them across relevant channels to maximise candidate outreach.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with senior recruitment consultants to understand client needs and match candidates effectively.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
