About the role:This is a Human Resources administration role and one needs to help to improve the strategic management of the company.
The appointed person will work closely under the Supervision of the Human Resource Manager.
Responsibilities
Assist in the training and skill development of new and old employees in the Company. Assist with recruitment, induction of new employees and disciplinary hearings. Assist with creating and designing job descriptions. Assist with Performance evaluation. Discuss issues and conflicts. Ensure compliances with rules and regulations are being made. Requirements
South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the programme before A bachelors degree, in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or equivalent. Knowledge of the human resources field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Be computer efficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook. Be informed about the Labour laws of South Africa. Good communication skills. Organisational skills.
