Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 with pure Maths and Accounting Accounting / Finance degree More than 10 years experience in a similar role Experience with a HOA environment Experience working on Xero
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records related to owner accounts and levies. Ensure precise processing of property transfers and sales transactions. Facilitate clear communication with owners and relevant parties. Produce and interpret financial reports for informed decision-making. Contribute to the development of budgets and forecasts. Uphold accurate accounting practices and financial documentation. Safeguard financial stability by monitoring expenses and cash flow. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations.
