Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and general accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Assist with tax preparation and audits. Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Provide financial insights and recommendations for business decision-making. Work with internal and external auditors as needed.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. years of accounting experience, preferably in financial reporting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.Key Competencies:
