Description:
As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of electrical systems across a variety of projects. You will ensure that all electrical systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and codes. You will be working closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional electrical solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test electrical systems for complex projects, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and safety systems. Conduct system analysis and simulations to ensure electrical systems are efficient, reliable, and meet project requirements. Review and create electrical system specifications, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., NEC, IEC). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, civil, and project management engineers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, contractors, and clients during the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical systems. Perform fault analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing electrical systems. Participate in the preparation of project budgets, timelines, and technical documentation. Ensure all electrical designs comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Prepare and deliver technical reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience in electrical systems engineering. Strong understanding of electrical system design, including power distribution, control, and automation systems. Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, PowerCAD, etc.). In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
