The Quality Control Team Leader in Plastic Injection Moulding is responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality plastic components by leading the quality control team. This role involves monitoring and improving product quality, overseeing inspection processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coordinating with other departments to resolve quality-related issues

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality control inspectors and technicians. Provide training and development to team members on quality standards, inspection techniques, and problem-solving methods. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve team performance.Inspection and Testing:
Oversee the inspection and testing of plastic components at various stages of production, including incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of inspection results.Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with production and engineering teams. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality defects. Lead quality improvement projects to reduce defects and improve process efficiency.Compliance, Safety and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and participate in internal and external quality audits. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and audits. Promote a culture of safety within the QC team, ensuring that all safety guidelines are followedContinuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality control processes and production methods. Work closely with production teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and reduce waste.
