Key Responsibilities:

Managing office administration and ensuring efficient daily operations Handling basic accounts, invoicing, and financial record-keeping Assisting with sales administration, including processing orders and customer follow-ups Updating and maintaining production schedules to ensure smooth workflow Creating and managing reports using Excel (intermediate skills required) Maintaining organised records, filing, and general data entry Supporting the team with general admin and ad hoc tasks as needed

What Were Looking For:

Strong Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, and data entry) Experience with basic accounting and invoicing (Pastel or similar is a plus) Ability to manage sales and production schedules with accuracy A proactive and detail-oriented mindset Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesIf this sounds like the job for you apply today
