Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Financial Manager, Operations Manager, and General Manager to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within our company and with clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Financial Manager and Operations Manager with daily administrative tasks. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to clients for cleaning and laundry services. Communicate regularly with clients and the laundry team, including drivers, to coordinate services and resolve any issues. Maintain daily communication with other regional offices to ensure seamless operations. Address and resolve critical situations promptly while providing practical solutions for day-to-day operations. Work collaboratively with cleaners to maintain efficiency and quality of service. Assist in the management of chemical orders for various sites and liaise with the company’s suppliers. Ensure all administrative tasks are carried out effectively using basic accounting knowledge, preferably with Pastel Accounting software. Maintain honest and fair dealings with all staff, fostering a kind and respectful work environment. Uphold a high standard of conduct, including sober habits and a clear criminal record. Qualifications: High School metric is required; additional certifications in business administration or related fields are a plus. Basic knowledge of accounting systems, preferably Pastel Accounting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and staff. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to finding solutions. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Must possess a clear police record. Willingness to go the extra mile for clients and team members.
