Description:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 8-10 years work experience within an automotive company
- 3-5 years of experience in dealer network development
- Sales management or related field in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis and financial management
- Ability to negotiate and manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations.
Key Requirements:
This role involves evaluating potential markets, identifying opportunities for dealership growth, and ensuring that existing dealerships meet the OEMs standards for performance, customer service, and brand representation. The manager collaborates with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the dealership network supports the company's overall business objectives.
