Description:
Minimum requirements:The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control functions in the soya processing plant. This includes ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards, implementing quality systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Establish procedures which will ensure continuous improvement in product quality. The role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong expertise in quality management systems and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure the highest quality production outcomes. Minimum Requirements
- Computer skills Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Technical skills.
- Organisational and planning skills.
- Numerical and statistical skills to analyse quality control data sheets to drive continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems especially FSSC 22 000 and ISO 9001.
- National Diploma / BSc Degree in food technology / Quality management.
- Minimum 5 years experience preferably in food processing or a similar manufacturing environment.
