Short-term Insurance Claims Consultant (Motor & Non-Motor)Minimum Requirements:
RE5 Certification (compulsory)
3+ years experience as a Claims Administrator/Consultant handling motor & non-motor claims
Personal & Commercial Lines claims experience
NQF 4 or 5 (120-credit) financial services qualification
Class of Business certification (Personal & Commercial Lines, if applicable)
Own reliable transport
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to work under pressure & handle multiple claims effectively Key Responsibilities:
Managing & processing personal & commercial lines claims (motor & non-motor)
Ensuring efficient claims resolution within company and regulatory guidelines
Communicating with clients, insurers & service providers to ensure seamless claim processing
Maintaining accurate records & adhering to compliance requirements
