Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across different brands or business units.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team.
Provide guidance and support for career development and growth of team members.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
Manage brand identity and maintain brand standards.
Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies for multiple brands or business units.
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
Track and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
Budget Management
Develop and manage marketing budgets for different brands or business units.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing spend.
Monitor and report on budget performance, adjusting as necessary.
Market Research and Analysis

Analyse data to inform marketing strategies and campaign decisions.

Stakeholder Collaboration
