Description:
Depot Manager Portfolio:Effectively and efficiently manage the Depot to ensure the desired level of support and delivery of fuel to customers against SLA objectives and targets. Ensure all safety procedures are followed. Fully manage all staff, customers, and suppliers, including providing requested reports to management. Manage offloading of diesel at selected customers and the Germiston depot. Control all stock and inventory, including office purchases. Ensure accurate data capturing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Respond to all internal and external communications on all company platforms. Provide clear and accurate reports for management. Ensure that the opening and closing of shifts are done as per company standard operating procedures. Be available on a 24-hour standby basis. Sales Portfolio:
Build a commercial customer base for all petroleum and lubricant products. Be responsible for new business while servicing the existing client base. Be target-driven with the ability to work unsupervised. Visit Petroleum Installations and have sound knowledge of all SHERQ SOP. Attend tender briefings when requested. Manage key account customers and provide client services. Minimum Requirements:
Matric 6-10 years of Fueling Depot management experience. Strong Marketing Research and Sales expertise. Experience in the Petroleum Industry is essential. BCom Marketing or a similar qualification will be advantageous. Strong skills in MS Office packages. Strong communication skills. Valid drivers license with no endorsements. Clear criminal checks. Salary: R12,000-R15,000.00 (negotiable with experience)
