Raw Material Stores Senior Assistant needed by global chemical manufacturing company, duties and requirements include:
- 2 years minimum stores /warehousing experience
- Valid forklift license
- Experience in the chemical industry
- Issue raw materials
- Receive raw materials
- Control raw materials
- Pack and stack raw materials
- Sample raw materials upon receiving
- Receive and offload bulk containers
- Work with batch sheets
- Conduct required repacks
- Operate forklift
- Carry out scale verifications
- Advise supervisor of any required replenishments timeously
- Assist in preparation for stock take as well as actual counting
- Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts
- Maintain housekeeping
- Act as backup for stores supervisor when required
- Participate in internal audits
- Assist in preparation for external quality audits
- working in an ISO 9000 certified company

Salary: RR180000 to R240000
