Overall Purpose
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to assist in managing and growing their client base. The role involves overseeing existing client relationships, assisting with client onboarding, periodic reporting, and maintaining regular client communication. Additionally, the successful candidate will support new business development and, in time, take ownership of a client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Relationship Building
Assist senior management in maintaining and developing client relationships. Respond promptly and professionally to client queries. Ensure all client interactions and documentation are accurately recorded. Prepare and present information to prospective clients. Organize and contribute to client meetings, including preparation of reports and documentation.Client Onboarding Assistance
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Assist with KYC and compliance requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. Monitor client onboarding progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.Reporting & Compliance
Generate and distribute monthly and quarterly client reports. Assist in periodic KYC reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date documentation on all client accounts.Market Research & Strategy Development
Stay informed on macroeconomic trends and arbitrage opportunities. Conduct research and contribute to investment strategy discussions. Assist in developing tailored strategies for clients.Operational Excellence & Business Growth
Identify and implement improvements to operational processes. Support the integration of new systems to enhance client relationship management. Work closely with different teams to develop strong internal relationships.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Experience in client relationship management, preferably in financial services. Understanding of arbitrage trading, foreign exchange, and investment strategies (advantageous). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint essential). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.

Salary offered: R25 000-R30 000 CTC pe
