Description:
Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales administrative activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Mapping of new stores and ensuring accounts are open on the system Place manual orders, staff sales, and sample stock orders on the system Update discount matrix Make sure deals and orders are aligned Cancel old and missed orders Reinstate incorrectly invoiced orders Daily reports: Outstanding orders vs invoiced orders Updating of Master Sales BL Sales Report BIC ReportEducational Qualifications:
Finance/ Accounting degree or diploma or equivalent.Knowledge and Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Sage Evolution Experience in a food manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKey Competencies:
