Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive new business opportunities in the renewable energy market. Monitor and report on team performance, sales KPIs, and individual sales achievements.

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities within the renewable energy industry. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in various industries (e.g., commercial, industrial, government sectors). Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Provide tailored energy solutions based on customer needs and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and handle high-value negotiations.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, government incentives, and policy changes related to renewable energy. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns.

Sales Operations:
