Requirements:Grade 12 (A high school diploma or equivalent) Essential. Sales/Management Qualification (Minimum 12-Month Certificate/ Diploma Qualification). 5 years Successful Corporate Direct Sales experience. 1-3 years of Renewable Energy Industry Experience. 2-3 years Junior management experience. 3 years Successful Account Management experience. Experience in managing and developing a high-performing sales team. Principles and Processes for Providing Customer Services. Business and Management Principles. Basic Financial Principles for Profitability. Principles and Methods for Motivating the Sales Team. Administrative Procedures and Systems. Products and Costs (Renewable Energy Products). Laws and Government Regulations (Renewable Energy Regulations). Principles and Methods for Selling Renewable Energy Products and Services. CRM Systems, Microsoft Office Skills. Market Knowledge.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
