Job Overview:
As an HR Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, supporting the team in daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a strong foundation in human resources while contributing to a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying employee attendance and leave records. Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and wellness programmes. Handle HR-related queries and provide support in areas such as policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in drafting contracts, offer letters, and other employment documentation. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all HR activities. Participate in performance management processes by coordinating appraisals and gathering feedback. Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees. Contribute to HR projects, research, and reporting as required.Key Skills & Competencies:
