Requirements:
A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant industry experience. Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience with WSP/ATR submissions and Employment Equity reporting is advantageous. People-oriented and results-driven mindset. Ability to build and support strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization. Skilled in managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure. Comprehensive knowledge of Labour Law and HR compliance. Experience with SAGE 300 People is a plus. Own transport is essential.Responsibilities:
