Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement a global HR strategy that aligns with the companys business goals and objectives. Lead strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent. Drive the implementation of a global performance management system that links rewards, development, and productivity. Organizational Development & Culture:
Foster a high-performance culture by embedding the Regenesys values and organizational culture through innovative OD interventions. Oversee staff engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity. Lead equity and diversity planning, including the development and execution of the B-BBEE plan. HR Operations & Compliance:
Oversee all aspects of recruitment, industrial relations, and employee welfare. Ensure compliance with relevant labour legislation and international staffing regulations. Review and align HR systems, policies, and procedures globally to ensure best practices and consistency. Risk Management & Analytics:
Regularly identify, assess, and mitigate HR-related risks. Manage HR dashboards and data analytics to provide insights and support decision-making at the executive level. Staff Management & Development:
Lead, manage, and develop the HR team across all regions. Provide mentorship and coaching to HR staff to enhance their capabilities and performance. Executive Contribution:
Act as a strategic advisor to the COO and senior management on all HR-related matters. Facilitate senior-level discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of the organization. Represent the HR function at executive meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy. Qualifications and Experience:
Education: MBA or appropriate HR Masters qualification. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior HR management role, with a proven track record of managing HR functions in a global context. Knowledge: Thorough understanding of relevant labour legislation, international staffing, and global HR best practices. Expertise: HR generalist with deep subject matter expertise in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. Personal Attributes:
