Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring the plant operates at optimal efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspection and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
- Manage and train a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continues improvement.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage the maintenance budget, procurement, and inventory of spare parts.

- Millwright Qualification or equivalent.
