Description:
Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues with precision and efficiency
Plan, schedule and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring the plant runs at optimal efficiency
Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and complete detailed job cards accurately
Execute and enhance scheduled maintenance while assisting with equipment installations and repairs
Manage, train and upskill a team of technician
Uphold strict safety standards and contribute to the development of safety procedures
Maintain compliance with Health and Safety and environment regulations
Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing factory plant environment
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical abilities
Extensive Knowledge of plant production, operations and maintenances processes
Strong knowledge of electronics, electrical systems, and safety practices
A collaborative team player with effective communication and time management skills
Self-driven, improvement-oriented, and flexible to work overtime or on weekends when required
Qualification:
Matric
Millwright Trade Test
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
