Our client, a reputable restaurant situated in Paarl , has an excellent opportunity available for an energetic individual with an enthusiastic approach to life.
Duties will include (but not be limited to): *Assisting with planning of functions *Coordinating all restaurant activities *Staff management and administration *Stock control *All ad hoc and administrative tasks related to the position.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Matric certificate;
• A relevant qualification in Hospitality or Restaurant Management;
• Minimum 2 years' relevant hospitality experience (experience working in a wine estate-restaurant or similar upmarket restaurant preferred);
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English);
• Driver's license and own reliable transport;
• Excellent computer (MS Office, POS system) and administrative skills;
• Willingness to work hours as per hospitality industry requirements.
Commencement date: As soon as possible.
