The Role
The Clinical Psychologist will play a vital role in supporting clients on their journey to recovery. You will work closely with individuals, groups, and the wider therapeutic team to assess, diagnose, and provide tailored therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
Develop, implement, and monitor personalised treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff
Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families
Contribute to case reviews and treatment planning meetings
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
About You
Registered Clinical Psychologist
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting Proficient in a range of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapies)Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathetic, calm, and committed to client well-being
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team setting
Organised and professional with excellent record-keeping abilities
