Description:
Minimum requirements:- 13 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
- Strong, hands-on experience with WordPress non-negotiable.
- Solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media insights tools.
- Experience with Google Ads / Adwords is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
Duties:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop, plan, and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor social media accounts daily, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner. Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns where necessary (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track and analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, CTRs, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights. Generate regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on data insights. Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices.Website & WordPress Management
Maintain and update content on the companys WordPress website, including: Posting blog articles, updates, and media content SEO optimization and keyword usage Managing plugins, basic back-end updates, and ensuring site functionality Occasionally support the creation of new websites or landing pages for campaigns or business units.Collaboration & Content Creation
Work closely with internal content creators and designers to align visual and written content with brand identity. Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns and promotions (giveaways, themed content, competitions, etc.).
