Duties includeBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Exceed customer expectations through effective planning and high-quality service delivery. Manage and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally. Drive customer service excellence in alignment with CSI and brand targets. Oversee and utilise CRM systems to manage client data and interactions. Analyse customer and competitor behaviours and adjust strategies accordingly. Implement benchmark service practices and foster a customer-first culture. Ensure compliance with all legal and governance requirements (FICA, POPIA, CPA, etc.). Support dealership budgeting and monitor performance against financial goals. Lead, mentor, and align team members with business objectives. Champion an ethical, productive, and high-performance work culture. Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) is essential; National Diploma or Degree in Business Management or equivalent is advantageous. 510 years in the motor industry, preferably at dealership level. In-depth knowledge of vehicle sales (new and used), aftersales, and F&I operations. National OEM experience is an advantage. Strong understanding of the motor industry regulatory framework and market dynamics. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Proficient in English and at least one local language. Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems like Evolve, IAL, CMS, etc.). Clear criminal and credit record.
