Generate leads for potential customers. Follow up on all leads until the deal has been finalized. Pre-qualify all customers. Gather customers documentation and submit file to F&I office for finance application and further upselling. Ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery including where necessary that all accessories are fit. Deliver vehicle to customer. Follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction on purchase
