Front-of-House (FOH) Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front-of-House Manager to lead our guest-facing operations. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the FOH team, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all front-of-house operations, including host/hostess, wait staff, bartenders, and reception Ensure outstanding customer service standards are met and exceeded Manage staff scheduling, shift planning, and daily briefings Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members to deliver professional and friendly service Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards of the venue Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house team to ensure seamless service Monitor and manage reservations, guest flow, and seating efficiency Track and analyze FOH performance metrics (e.g., guest satisfaction, wait times, staff efficiency) Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesQualifications:
3+ years of experience in a front-of-house supervisory or management role in hospitality or food service Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proven leadership and team management experience Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Certification in hospitality or customer service management is a plusWhat We Offer:
