Duties:
- Sales:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries
- Provide product information and pricing
- Prepare and follow up on quotations to convert leads into sales
- Support the external sales team by:
- Managing customer orders
- Confirming delivery details, and
- Maintaining client communications
- Build and maintain positive relationships with regular clients
- Promote products and services to walk-in and telephonic clients
- Processing of:
- Sales orders
- Invoices
- Delivery notes
- Quotations timeously
- Maintain up-to-date records of:
- Inventory
- Client accounts, and
- Price lists
- Manage internal filing systems (digital and paper-based)
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with the warehouse and transport teams
- Stock management:
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Ensuring accurate inventory records and timely re-ordering
- Regular stock taking
- Reconcile stock discrepancies
- Assist in preparing reports for sales performance, stock levels, and customer trends

- At least 2 years in an administrative or internal sales role
- Industry experience in wholesale, building materials, or specifically glass products
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Excel, and POS systems (ERP etc)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Must have own reliable transport (essential)
- Must be willing to work overtime when required
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must have contactable references
