Join a growing team in the Northern Suburbs! We're looking for a skilled and motivated Helpdesk Technician to support our clients and help keep their connectivity running smoothly.
About the Role:
As part of our support team, you'll be responsible for:
Handling daily support calls via WhatsApp and telephone
Troubleshooting network issues
Assisting and guiding junior team members when needed
Logging and managing calls using our helpdesk system
Performing remote and on-site callouts (once a week)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the ISP industry is a must
Strong understanding of Ubiquiti products (required)
Knowledge of MikroTik (advantageous)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
