As a Tele Sales Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals who have shown interest in our investment and trading services. Your role will be to introduce our offerings, explain how our platforms work, and guide potential clients through the sign-up and onboarding process.

All leads are warm and pre-qualified — no cold calling is required. You’ll be speaking with people who already want to learn more. Your goal is to turn that interest into a confident decision to get started with us.

We’ll provide full training and continuous support to help you succeed in this results-driven environment.Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads by phone to introduce our trading and investment services.

• Explain our financial products and trading platforms in a clear and compelling way.

• Use a proven sales framework while adjusting to each lead’s needs and knowledge level.

• Build rapport, gain trust, and professionally guide clients through onboarding.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Log all interactions and client details accurately in our CRM system. Requirements

  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or call centers (finance background is a plus).

  • Strong communication and listening skills with persuasive ability.

  • Passion or interest in finance, trading, or investing.

  • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.

  • Resilience, confidence, and a high-energy personality.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages a bonus).
