As Dialler Manager, you will oversee the management and optimization of the dialler system to ensure efficient and effective campaign performance. Th e primary goal of the Dialler Manager is to maximize agent productivity and campaign performance through effective management of the dialler system.
If you have the following:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in dialler systems such as Aspect, Five9, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of outbound call centre operations, including dialling regulations and compliance requirements.
