Description:
Duties:Oversee daily operations, including but not limited to staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards always maintained.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff members to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.
Manage inventory levels and orders to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
Monitor and analyse sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and enhance brand awareness.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company guidelines.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
Previous experience managing a restaurant is essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
