  • Provide Expert Technical Support - Desktop and Servers, Cloud, Network Infrastructure, Firewalls and VoiP.
  • Fault finding & Problem solving - Use your fault-finding and problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve technical issues.
  • Design and Implementation - Planning and implementing of customer focused solutions.
  • Effective Communication - Deliver solutions with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring seamless client interactions.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach

  • Mcse: 3 to 4 years
  • Technical Support: 3 to 4 years
  • Voip Protocols: 3 to 4 years
  • Firewall Management: 3 to 4 years

What you'll need

  • Minimum 3-5 years of IT support experience in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Firewall Management (VPN, QoS, routing, NAT, etc.).
  • Expertise in Ubiquiti UniFi networking solutions, including controller setup and network optimization.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification.
  • 3CX VoIP
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V .
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices, including endpoint protection, EDR, SOC and patch management.
  • Cybersecurity practices and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • South African citizenship with a valid Identification Document
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License and access to own vehicle is essential
  • Comptia A+ or N+ certification (international) is essential
  • National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology advantageous
