- Provide onsite and remote IT support across various client environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, and network components.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure (PCs, peripherals, operating systems, and applications).
- Monitor client systems, perform regular maintenance, and ensure proper security and backup measures are in place.
- Maintain accurate documentation in our ticketing system and update technical records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, managing expectations and providing clear, customer-friendly explanations.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and process improvement sessions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, mobile platforms, and general software applications.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud services, especially Microsoft 365.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel between sites.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential.
