Key Responsibilities:Drive domestic and international sales across leisure, corporate, and MICE segments Manage relationships with travel agents, DMCs, tour operators and corporate clients Represent the brand at travel expos, roadshows, site inspections and trade events Implement revenue-generating sales strategies aligned with seasonal objectives Collaborate with marketing on promotions, packages, and brand visibility Track sales KPIs, analyse market trends, and deliver performance reports Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years in a hospitality/luxury travel sales role (essential) Strong network in the tourism and corporate travel space Experience selling lodge/hotel products in South Africa or international markets Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills Ability to travel frequently and represent the brand with polish and professionalism Whats On Offer:
