Matric / Grade 12 (non-negotiable). 1-3 years in a call centre collecting on VAF accounts, post write off. Excalibur systems knowledge. Clear criminal and credit record. Proficient in English (other languages are a plus). Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.ð??¼ Experience Needed
Familiarity with vehicle finance, collections, and banking products Knowledge of post write-off, off-balance, or shortfall account collections is a major advantage Experience using CACS and other banking platforms is beneficialð?§ Skills That Will Set You Apart
Excellent verbal and written communication. Solid negotiation and client engagement abilities. Confident handling high call volumes and deadline pressure. Understanding of NCA, FICA, and POPIA compliance. Experience with predictive and manual dialers. Strategic thinking when working on previously written-off accounts. Ability to identify recovery opportunities and engage legal teams where necessary.
