Description:
Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new leads and business opportunities within target markets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs and present tailored products and solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, technical) to ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Report on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts. Potentially manage and mentor junior sales team members in the future.
Qualifications and required experience:
Must have 5 -10 years of experience as a Business Development Manager. Own car with a valid drivers license. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
