Requirements:Matric (Grade 12) or higher Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft certifications) Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support or help desk roles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk) Strong troubleshooting and technical skills Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users Code 8 driver's license Fluent in English (written and verbal)
