- Menu design aligned with seasonal produce and guest preferences
- High-level stock control, costings, supplier relationships
- Quality assurance across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bush events & private dining
- Training and mentoring of junior chefs to uphold 5-star standards
- Collaborating with FOH and lodge management on guest experiences
- 5+ years in a senior chef role within luxury lodges or upmarket restaurants
- Deep understanding of fine dining, flavour profiling, and plating aesthetics
- Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- Passion for South African ingredients and international culinary trends
- Calm under pressure, highly professional, hands-on approach
