You will manage a dedicated team, ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation, and uphold the reputation of our award-winning kitchen.This role is ideal for a hands-on, creative chef with experience in small to medium-sized luxury establishments—someone who understands the balance of personalized service and fine dining excellence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen brigade to deliver consistent 5-star culinary experiences.
  • Plan, design, and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and the latest trends.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and sustainability.
  • Oversee training and development of kitchen staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Uphold health & safety standards and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in senior chef roles, including Head Chef or Executive Chef positions.
  • Proven background in small to medium-sized luxury lodges, boutique hotels, or fine dining restaurants.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of international and local cuisine, menu design, and food trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications and a track record of excellence in high-end hospitality environments.
