Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg Metro, Sandton
Job Type: 6 Month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and resources
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address issues
- Risk assessment and management throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project team meetings and provide direction and support to team members
- Prepare and present project reports to management
- Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years in Business Acquisition and Merger
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practises
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Financial acumen for budget management
- Good understanding of Company acquisition Process
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in project management tools and software
