Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg Metro, Sandton

Job Type: 6 Month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:


  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate project activities and resources
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address issues
  • Risk assessment and management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead project team meetings and provide direction and support to team members
  • Prepare and present project reports to management
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 6 years in Business Acquisition and Merger

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practises
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Financial acumen for budget management
  • Good understanding of Company acquisition Process
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in project management tools and software
