About the Role
We are hiring a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Parkmore, Sandton. In this role, you will support our UK-based client within the construction and engineering sectors , helping identify, engage, and manage top-tier talent. You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters to build strong talent pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities
🔍 Candidate Sourcing

Identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms.

Use Boolean search and other sourcing techniques to improve candidate reach and relevance.
📞 Candidate Screening

Review CVs to assess suitability for roles in construction and engineering.

Conduct initial phone interviews to understand candidates’ experience, availability, and career goals.
📂 Database & Compliance Management

Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment CRM.

Ensure all data is accurate and compliant with GDPR and relevant data protection regulations.
📊 Market Research & Mapping

Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and sector developments within construction and engineering.

Identify and map key talent pools and competitor organisations.
📢 Job Posting & Advertisement

Assist in crafting and publishing engaging job ads.

Optimise adverts to attract the right talent for specific construction and engineering roles.
🤝 Candidate Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.

Provide regular updates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
📅 Interview Coordination

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the UK recruitment team or hiring managers.

Provide support for both virtual and in-person interviews as needed.
📞 Reference Checks

Conduct reference checks and compile feedback reports for submission to recruiters.
🧾 Administrative Support

Assist with administrative tasks such as document handling, calendar management, and reporting.
🔄 Talent Pipelining

Proactively source and nurture candidates for current and upcoming hiring needs in construction and engineering.
🤝 Collaboration
