Masterparts is a large automotive parts wholesaler and retailer with multiple branches in the Western Cape, Kwazulu Natal, and Namibia.
I am looking for two HR Admin Clerks to join our expanding HR Team.
You will be required to administer the time and attendance, assist in helping leave, filing, and support the other HR staff with ad-hoc duties.
We offer a market-related salary, a provident fund, optional medical aid with Discovery Health or Moto Healthcare, and a discretionary annual performance bonus.
Your duties will include:
- When required, assist and support an HR Admin Officer with all HR generalist functions.
- Administering leave on Sage People ESS.
- Administering time and attendance on EcoTime.
- General employee file maintenance, including monthly filing.
- Ad Hoc duties as required.
Requirements:

- Leave Administration: 1 year or less
- General Administration Support: 1 year or less
- Time And Attendance Administration: 1 year or less
- A tertiary HR qualification is beneficial.
- You must be accurate and meticulous.
- Must have a solid understanding of leave and timekeeping legislation.
- You must be able to network and forge relationships with managers and supervisors.
- Be service-oriented and support employees with professional service.
- Have excellent telephone etiquette.
- Be able to communicate in excellent written and verbal English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- You must be able to function effectively in a high-pressure and deadline-driven environment.
- You must be comfortable interacting at all levels of the organisation.
- You must be computer literate and skilled in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with the Sage 300 People system is beneficial.
- Experience with the Eco Time system is beneficial.
- Experience working in a MIBCO environment is beneficial.
