The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company’s time and attendance system, ensuring accurate and complete timesheets are maintained for all team members. Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of time and attendance service including record keeping and reporting. Project management support to Payroll and Finance.

What You’ll Do For The Brand:
Daily:
- Time & Attendance and clocking system administration and maintenance of engagements, changes and terminations, according to Payroll System.
- Time and Attendance user filters and workflow administration and maintenance.
- Applicable Custom Forms on the Payroll System is executed for Engagements, Movements and
- Exceptions reporting and updates to ensure all issues resolved and escalate where appropriate to ensure timeous resolution.
- Daily report to the Time and Attendance Team Lead, to also include unresolved and escalated issues.
- Accurate capturing of time sheets, processing rosters and roster changes.
- Reviewing of clocking inaccuracies on system and making the required adjustments upon management approval.
- Perform reviews and checks as required, including but not limited to engagements, enrolments, pay groups, shift patterns, day programmes, changes according to movements and removal of access and terminations via integrations.
- All integration errors, quality issues, or deadlines not met are logged on the Payroll Improvement Log on MS Teams and to follow through with resolution.
Weekly/Monthly:
- Review of managers approvals, ensuring follow up and escalation required to ensure timeous complete approvals.
- Review of high low hours and shifts to report.
- Ensuring monthly sign-off of hours for monthly/hourly/shift, summaries to be sent and returned or approved on Time and Attendance system by the given deadlines.
- Importing of approved hours and counts onto Payroll System and checking and ensuring accuracy and agreement with signed off hours.
- Attend to any back-pay queries and processing.
- Maintenance, setting up of and scheduling required reports.
- System and unit monitoring and problem solving in conjunction with IT.
- Assisting with providing support and training where required.
- Ensure Time & Attendance consolidated salary packs are completed prior to salary spreadsheets going out for sign off.
- General capturing, admin duties and reporting as required.
- Apply the internal customer experience payroll training when dealing with your internal customers.
- All internal customer queries to be logged and resolved within 24 hours.
- Adhere to all Payroll deadlines daily/weekly and monthly basis.
- Keep abreast of all changes within the Payroll department.
- Live and apply the Hollywood Group values.
- Confidentiality of all Payroll information is always to be maintained.
- Additional Adhoc functions may be required.
