Description:
Main Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the company's financial health by directing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports on profit/loss, cash flow, and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and audit requirements.
Develop strategies for financial growth, manage investment portfolios, and evaluate financial risks.
Work with senior management to develop business strategies and financial plans.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial outcomes and support decision-making.
Oversee the Stores/Inventory department to ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and alignment with financial objectives.
Requirements:
Education :Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience:
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in finance management or a similar role.
Experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Hands-on experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial laws, and risk management practices.
Strong understanding of inventory management practices to align inventory processes with financial objectives.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with other departments.
