Office administrator required:

A well established company is looking for a well presented, professional and mature person to join our company. The successful applicant's requirements,

• Previous admin / office experience an advantage,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with accuracy
• Attention to detail (highly required)
• On time problem solving,
• Experience in creditors and data capturing
• Applicant to work independently and manage office with strong organization, priority and multi task skills (highly required)
• Excellent knowledge of MS word and excel - knowledge of formulas, creating spreadsheets etc.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, emails and queries promptly and professionally
(Telephone etiquette required)
• Manage reception and customer service
• Perform general office duties, including filing, and data entry
• Assisting manager by preparing of reports, quotes and general documentation, including support with general administrative tasks
• Ensure timely processing and capturing of invoices
• Stock control (highly required)

Personal requirements:
• Well presented, and reliable
• Non smoker
• Sense of humor
• Fit and energetic
• Must have own reliable vehicle
• A team player. Working together with staff and getting the work done on time.
• A supportive and positive attitude

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 7.30 -4pm
Salary: R10 -12k depending on experience.
