A client based in East London is looking for a dynamic Admin Clerk to join their team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Receptionist, or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in handling debtors and creditors, invoicing, and basic accounting procedures preferred. Knowledge of automotive parts or retail industry experience is an advantage.Responsibilities:
Manage reception area and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with invoicing, processing orders, and managing creditor and debtor accounts. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Coordinate with suppliers and maintain good relationships to ensure efficient stock management. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Support management with various administrative tasks and projects
